LOCATED A HALF-DOZEN blocks from Lake Harriet in Southwest Minneapolis, Lynnhurst Church opened its doors in 1903 as a Sunday School for the children of the neighborhood, then a new part of the city. Today as then, the well-being and education of children are a high priority, with a church school that grows in size and merit each year.
	Our Mission Statement: We worship, study, and recognize Christ's spirit in each person. We strive to be a spiritually thriving, diverse Christian fellowship. We lovingly act to build community, to develop faith and to put our faith into action, based on the belief that God is still speaking.
