Church History

Lynnhurst Congregational United Church of Christ was founded on October 24th,1910. Lynnhurst become a welcoming part of the neighborhood at a time when there weren't even sidewalks, and Southwest Minneapolis was considered a suburb. From the beginning, Lynnhurst Church was committed to caring for all members of the local and global community and working for justice.
